the days of glorious Ancient Greece, where history was entangled with
heroic epics and legends, the Gods of Olympus drank a magical drink
which gave them immortality. NECTAR. A name that always holds magic
for mankind. |

No
one has ever found out what this renowned drink really was. But we
do know that the ancient Greeks, in their vast wisdom deified the
vine in honor of the God Dionysus. And, like their other pursuits,
they knew how to enjoy to the fullest the divine fruit, the grape.
So, with the help of the God of Sun and Music, Apollo, they transformed
grapes into wonderfully flavored and tasteful wines. |
Through
their knowledge of epicurean delights, the Gods learned to distill
wines, at first singly, then with other vegetable extracts which grew
abundantly in Greece. Thus, through the evolution of the centuries,
OUZO was born. And it quickly became the national drink of Greece,
the drink of the "Children of Piraeus". And for sixty years,
"SANS RIVAL" OUZO has been the most celebrated and refined
expression of the national drink. Now, as its contemporary Greek producers
boast, it makes any visitor's stay in sunny and hospitable Greece
an unforgettable experience. |

OUZO
"SANS RIVAL" uses as its base the famous Corinthian grape.
This gives the finest spirits, and is distilled with a choice variety
of aromatic seeds such as anise, coriander and fennel.
Through the duration of time that ouzo has been produced, the most
delicate distillation processes have been refined. These have resulted
in the special, secret distillation of "SANS RIVAL" OUZO,
the most renowned ouzo that human skills could present to the world.
We take deep pride in satisfying the most refined tastes all over
the world. And we dedicate these sinsere words to them, our loyal
fans, alon with our warm thanks. |
